This website, optimuspetsg.com, is operated by Optimus Pet ("we", "us", "our"). By visiting the site or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
Our products
Optimus Pet products are whole-food nutritional supplements for animals. They are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Information on this site, in our posts and from our team is general nutritional guidance and is not a substitute for advice from your veterinarian. Every pet is different, and results vary. If your pet is unwell, on medication or has a medical condition, please speak to your vet.
Orders and pricing
Prices are shown in Singapore dollars. We may change prices, products and promotions at any time, and we may limit quantities or decline an order, for example if a product is out of stock or a price was shown in error. If we cancel an order you've paid for, we'll refund you in full.
Promotions and rewards
Discounts, bundles, free gifts and reward points are subject to the terms shown with each promotion, are available while stocks last, and can't be exchanged for cash unless we say otherwise.
Accuracy of information
We work hard to keep product details, photos and descriptions accurate, but colours and packaging may vary slightly, and occasional errors may happen. We'll correct them when we find them.

Your account
You're responsible for keeping your account details secure and for activity on your account. Please let us know straight away if you think your account has been misused.
Content and intellectual property
The text, photos, videos, logos and other content on this site belong to Optimus Pet or are used with permission. Please don't copy or reuse them without our written permission. Testimonials and pet photos are shared with their owners' permission.
Liability
To the extent allowed by law, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or our products. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under Singapore law that can't be excluded.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page is the one that applies.

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
